Marc was born in Washington, DC in 1970. He was admitted to the Virginia Bar in 1997 and the District of Columbia Bar 1998. Marc obtained his Bachelor of Arts Degree in 1992 from Hampden-Sydney College and his Juris Doctorate in 1997 from Ohio Northern University. While in law school Marc was a member of the Jessup Moot Court Team and went on to become the Chief Justice of the Moot Court Program. He was also inducted into the Order of the Barristers in his third year of law school.

Marc is a member of the Virginia Bar Association, D.C. Bar Association, D.C. Defense Lawyers Association, and the Virginia Association of Defense Attorney, where he has served as co-chair and chair of the Medical Malpractice Section. Marc specializes in medical and dental malpractice and personal injury defense litigation. He enjoys playing both baseball and basketball in his spare time.
